Information we collect
When you request access, we collect your email address and any optional information you provide, such as your phone number, preferred contact method, and expected deposit range. We also receive information you choose to send us by email.
How we use information
We use this information to manage the Accon waitlist, respond to inquiries, understand interest in our services, communicate with you about Accon, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and browser storage
We use Formspark to receive and store waitlist submissions on our behalf. We use PostHog to measure privacy-minimized website and referral events; the public site does not use session replay, autocapture, or form-content capture. A first-party referral cookie may remember an invitation across Accon subdomains for up to 30 days. A referral code may also be attached to a waitlist request so we can understand which invitation led to it. After a successful request, this site stores a small flag in your browser so it can remember that you joined the waitlist. We may retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@accon.finance. Rights may vary based on where you live.

We may update this policy as our services develop. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
