# Accon Privacy Policy

## Information we collect

When you request access, Accon collects your email address and any optional information you provide, such as your phone number, preferred contact method, and expected deposit range. Accon also receives information you choose to send by email.

## How we use information

Accon uses this information to manage the waitlist, respond to inquiries, understand interest in its services, communicate about Accon, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Accon does not sell personal information.

## Service providers and browser storage

Accon uses Formspark to receive and store waitlist submissions. Accon uses PostHog to measure privacy-minimized website and referral events; the public site does not use session replay, cookies, autocapture, or form-content capture. A referral code may be attached to a request so Accon can understand which invitation led to it. After a successful request, the site stores a small browser flag so it can remember that the visitor joined the waitlist. Submitted information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

## Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete submitted information, or ask Accon to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@accon.finance. Rights may vary based on where you live.

## Updates

Accon may update this policy as its services develop. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
